I can’t believe I didn’t get the site updated on time. This is the first time that I have slipped up since I launched the site. Many of you probably didn’t notice but I completely forgot to upload the new comic strip until about 12:30 this morning. All my updates are normally posted by 12:01am for all my fans who suffer from insomnia. Most of you are probably reading this thinking, no one would have known if you hadn’t insisted on proclaiming your failures to the world. I would like to think that you are right except, I know for a fact that there is at least one person possibly in the hospital right now suffering a cardiac arrest all because of me. (You know who you are.)
So please forgive me. I guess I just assumed that I would take Labor Day off. Maybe we should rename the holiday to something more fitting like Non-Labor Day or Laborless Day or possibly I’m Going to Celebrate Working by Not Working Day.
shouldn’t the upload be automatic? If you had to do it you could make a little script that checks the time and updates your website after midnight.
It can be done automatically. All I have to do is upload all my finished comics then schedule then to post at the proper time. Don’t ask me why I haven’t been doing that lately. I guess enjoy the thrill that comes with possible failure. (Not really just being lazy.)
